Entrusted Service Providers
Hugel Inc. entrusts certain personal information processing activities to KIMS Co., Ltd. for webinar registration, participant management, and email communications, registration system operation, website hosting, server operation, and technical maintenance.
개인정보 처리 위탁
휴젤㈜는 웨비나 운영을 위하여 개인정보 처리업무의 일부를 KIMS(웨비나 등록 운영, 참가자 관리 및 이메일 발송, 등록 시스템 운영, 홈페이지 및 서버 운영, 시스템 유지보수)에 위탁하고 있습니다.

Server Location
Personal information is stored and managed on servers located in the Republic of Korea.

개인정보는 대한민국에 위치한 서버에 저장 및 관리됩니다.

Retention Period
Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and, unless otherwise required by applicable law, will be securely deleted no later than three (3) months after the webinar.

개인정보는 수집 및 이용 목적 달성에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 관련 법령에서 별도로 요구하지 않는 한 웨비나 종료 후 최대 3개월까지 보관 후 안전하게 파기합니다.
